NO  RETURN ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS. All Merchandise must have receipts and original tags ATTACHED/boxing. The item(s) can be exchanged for in store credit or a refund. This policy is a 7 DAY return or exchange policy. All refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to refund to original form of payment method depending on your bank. 10% restocking fee, customer pays for return shipping. JEWELRY OR MONTANA SILVERMITHS RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Must contact Montana for any WARRANTY issues. ALL RETURNS CANNOT BE DAMAGED OR WASHED. CANNOT accept boots with worn soles.
